Bump on bunny side

Hi,

so I was stroking my bunny and noticed this bump. It seems to be pink with black dots, is this normal?
He otherwise seems completely fine!

any advise would be great thankyou

As far as I can tell, it's not one of the more common skin problems that rabbits can get. So I can't say if it's something to be concerned about or not. But if you do have any concerns about it at all, best to consult with your rabbit knowledgeable vet.
