Who's watching!? Love it! :D

Looking forward to the Michael Jackson dancer - was my favourite in the auditions. :)

The keyboard guy was a joke. :?

I love it! There are a lot of really good contestants this year! I must admit, I have a soft spot for Andrew, the little boy with the amazing voice. :)When he hit that high note... Oh my... I also love George (?) the young dancer that got cut last year. I hope one of the two win :)

The MJ dancer was hilarious! And you are totally right about the piano player :?

To be honest, I don't even know if it is playing here right now :?I remember watching it here last year... I think... I have been watching it on youtube. :p

Oh god, i watched the repeat of it today (and i watched it on Saturday) that weird 'sexy magic' one had me cringing so badly! I couldn't watch it! Urgh!

I like the hula hoop girls (and boy) and the quick-change one where she sang Material Girl. Piers really annoyed me on that one because i thought the fact she wasn't the best singer was not the point of that act, and it didn't make it worse at all.

The MJ one (they're called Signature... oh god i'm sad) was hilarious but i hope they can make it go somewhere for the next one?

Signature were amazing tonight, even better than the first one. :D

A lot of rubbish though, the Star Wars boy, the Dance Carwash people, the BBQ juggler.. I liked the man in the dress, shame he didn't get through, lol. I am very annoyed that the dog got through, imo it's really really dull. :? But at least Signature got through, I want them to win.

I'm glad were finally into the live shows, having to wait until American Idol was finished.:p Seems like the auditions went on forever.

I never acutally saw Saturdays auditions, I was watching Eurovision. :baghead

I missed Andy Abrahams on Eurovision BECAUSE i was watching Britains Got Talent, although, lucky me, i got to see the rest :?. I've had the absolutley awful spanish one in my head since. And the Azerbajan one, i didn't even realise it was sung in english until half way through!

I missed most of it last night, but I did manage to catch the results. I'm so glad that the girl and her dog got through - a big step for animal lovers everywhere!;)I knew Simon Cowell was a big softie really.:p

One of my friends keeps complaining that they'll never find another Paul Potts - she loves him!:craziness:biggrin2:

PinkSalamander - OMG that Spanish one - I have never laughed that hard in my life. :laugh:My brother sky-plussed it so we kept rewinding it and watching it over and over. I swear the one in pink was drunk!:shock:France were hilarious too! Why did the singer suck in helium half way through?!:laughsmiley:

Spain was my favourite! :D I was so upset they didn't win. :tears2:

:laughsmiley:

(They actually were my favourite. :baghead)

I think, like the UK, Spain and France aren't taking it seriously anymore, because of the political voting. Like to see what they'd all do if the big 4 pulled out like Italy. :rollseyes

Oh GOD! I hate it but i love it! (the spanish one). Its so awful but its so catchy! How can people like this still live?

Yeah, i think after Scooch last year we will never be taken seriously again. Although, we did get 12 points for that!

I liked the Swedish one. That was the hero one wasn't it? It was genuinley good. I liked the Greek one because she sang in English but she actually sounded like she knew the language. It made sense, some of the other english speaking songs were so bad i couldn't even tell the lanuage!

I missed the French one, came in at number 13...

These were my faves:

I know Michaela, the eurovision song contest just annoys me now. I only watch it for the comedy value!:biggrin2: I'm not saying we should have won or anything, but we definitely shouldn't have come last!:grumpy:

Isn't it ironic how Russia won when they have so much political influence over Eastern Europe....hmmm.:pApparently Terry Wogan is thinking of not doing the commentating anymore because the contest just isn't about the music anymore. I honestly wouldn't blame him.:?

Sweden were one of the favourites to win, but they didn't place very high. :? What about the guy who gave the Swedish votes! Hilarious!

We were supporting Greece here, after Spain.;) But of course a song that was actually good could never win. Though Lordi who won a few years ago were good. :p

Yeah, Andy wasn't the best, but he definitely wasn't the worst, what about Bosnia Herzethingy  (the knitting brides and the clothesline). I think the UK should just be like Spain and send silly performers, that way coming last won't be such a bad thing. Although it didn't exactly work for the RoI, the Turkey didn't get past the semis, although I have a feeling if the UK were allowed to vote that night it would have been different.

One thing I don't really get, why did they all vote for Russia when they suffered so much under them? :?

All of their supplies, petrol, oil, etc comes from Russia.

PETER KAY FOR EUROVISION 2009!

P.S we need to change the title of this thread to 'Awful TV' :p
