LOL @ selling air!

He was a likeable and memorable guy! I think the sham wow guy is at fault too... but who is he? I couldn't tell ya!

My son actually loved watching Billy.... it was funny to see him sell stuff!

Billy Mays was the "KING OF PITCHMEN" on tv. He sold everything! He was probably the only pitchman that I ever knew the name of (besides stars selling stuff)... and most of what he sold was really quality stuff that works.
Oh thanks, maybe the ads aren't on over here.

Okay, I may come off as rude here, but personally, am I the only one whofound his voice and yelling in his commercials to be extremely irritating? :X It's sad he died, yes, but so is life...

This is from a webcomic I read. It was sent to his son on twitter and he loved it.

I hated those ads (not quite as much as the sham-wow guy's though)...but Billy Mays had charisma. And charm. As much as I don't like any pitched *in-your-face* commercials, there was something about him...Billy Mays seemed to be a genuinely nice, likeable man. I saw him recently on one of the late-night shows (Tonight Show, I think) and he was very entertaining and sweet. He'll be missed by many. :(
