I feel that a snake that big does need something bigger thana rat. However, I feel that they should only use feederrabbits...not lops...and specific breeds...that's weird..I dunno....butyes, it is all part of the food chain.

Yes, there are snakes that need something large to eat. Somecrazy woman at the show said she has a 250 lb burmese python -- nothingagainst snake people, I have a really good friend who is a snakeperson, but that could eat me!

Anyway, most people feet white rabbits, white rats, white mice and mostpeople feed them frozen, well, thawed, because this is the most humaneway to kill them and the safest thing for the snake (my friend's snakelost it's eye after a mouse bit her). This man wasnuts...selling lops and such for food, I don't agree withthat. I understand the food chain, but I guess, I don't feelthat these people who were buying live rabbits were looking out fortheir snakes welfare...A rabbit can cause some serious damage to asnake.

My biggest problem with this man was how the rabbits were treated andhow young they were sold. I still can't get over that hepicked them up by their ears.
