Benji stopped eating pellets

I also use Kaytee timothy for everyone but Beau. I looked at my bags and saw that they are made in my state. On the package they also encourage a person to return a bag if not satisfied.
I have not had issues of crumbly pellets or getting anything other than the normal lookingpellets with no additives like seeds or other junk.
it's possble your problem, Jim, could be traced back to where your pellets are processed..
if you could find the national headquarters and complain maybe you could get some help. :?

Maybe they changed something in the food? Maybe how they make it?

I know there was a dog food that the changed the ingredients without warning or telling anyone and a lot of dog owners were not happy. My friend's two dogs got diarrhea from the sudden change.

Kaytee is based in Wisconsin.
I tried resolving the problem with them, but it resulted in more of a "get your money back" resolution..... as opposed to solving the problem.

For now, I have a 10 lb. bag for Benji that he's happily eating.
It's one of the lot#'s that had stuff mixed in.
***When I mention a lot#, I'm referring to thestamp that says,"Best if used by ... ".***
So far I haven't found anything mixed into this bag, though.

I also bought a new bag/lot# that the other bunsare eating with no problems.
I'llgive sometoBenji and see if he'll eat them.

I have an unopenedbag of the lot#that Benji won't eat (lot# 07OCT09K62).
I may return it to the store, and exchange it for another bag.

It's really soft and crumbly.....doesn't have that fresh timothy aroma either.
