Helpp!! Just found this today when I was trimming her back paws. She reacts as it was painful even in slight touch. I do hope it can be treated easily 🙏

My previous rabbit also had something like that on his front foot-it was red and irritated, bald and crusty, and when i did the stupid thing of squeezing one of the weird whiter spots, goo came out, as if it were a pimple. It came out from both sides, creating a tunnel-y crater of sorts. We didn't go to the vet though, as it was just added to the pile of ailments he had, but definetly something you should do to get it checked and treated properly.
Meanwhile you could clean and check her enclosure, maybe swap flooring depending on what you have, and use neosporin as mariam+theo suggested.
May she heal well!

Looks like an infection! She should probably be checked out by a rabbit-savvy vet. If you cannot take her to the vet, I would put Neosporin (no added pain relief) on it.
I've applied the cream and she keeps licking it off after shaking her paw like it hurts

She isn't shaking her paw because the cream hurts her, she is shaking her paw because she doesn't like wet things on her feet. You don't want her to lick too much of it off because it isn't safe for her to eat in large amounts. Could you make her a pet collar? You want to make sure she can still eat plenty of hay and drink plenty of water, but that she cannot lick her foot.
