Hello again everyone! Thank you all so much for the advice.
I recently brought Lily to the vet on Friday because her poop got really watery, so I figured I should get her in to check it out.
The vet said Lily had a little of GI statis and that she was a little bloated and so she prescribed lily some medicine for her gut and some Fiberplex.
Hope Lily gets better soon!

If you are seeing watery poop now and not just soft mushy poop, that most often indicates a bacteria or parasite problem. Did the vet try doing a fecal test? If not, you may want to call them and ask about bringing a fecal sample in to have it checked. At this point, if you have changed your rabbits diet and it is still having poop problems, you either need further diet changes or there has to be parasites/bacteria continuing to cause the digestive problems.

Lily's condition took a turn for the worse yesterday. Her poop became really small and dried up and subsequently stopped pooping. She hasn't pooped even until now. I'm taking her to the vet as soon as I can but my vet isn't open yet. She is still eating and drinking but less, and not lethargic. Is there any way to improve her situation while I wait for the vet? She's pretty gassy, I can hear it.

Do you have some simethicone(infant gas relief) you can give her? Dosage is 1-2cc of 20mg/ml simethicone, every hour for 3 hours, then 1cc every 3-8 hours as needed. Did the vet give you any metacam for pain? What meds did the vet give you and what did they say to do for your bun? Make sure she stays hydrated. Syringe her water if you need to. If you are still feeding pellets it might be best to stop those and feed only hay. Non grain grass hay would be the best to feed. And if you have a dark leafy lettuce or parsley, you could try a little of that too. And don't feed any sugary or starchy treats. Make sure she's not cold. If she is then help keep her warm with warm packs or warm towels. Tummy massages and letting her hop around will also help with the gas. When you go to the vet, if they didn't already, ask them to do a fecal float test, to check for parasites like coccidiosis, or bacteria like e. coli.

As Jbun suggested a little romp outside of the cage often seems to help my guy when he gets gassy and bloated, I have also used abdominal massage, (there is a diagram at the bottom of the posted article showing the proper posture for your bun) Zero loves it. At times just stroking him firmly along his sides is enough to start breaking up gas. In the article Jbun referenced Dr Krempels also suggests puttig the bunny on the dryer (i havent resorted to this) or the vibrating end of an automatic toothbrush (which works). A dose of benebac also seems to help when he is having a GI episode. In horses that have GI distress the most important thing is to get them drinking, clean out her water bowl and fill it with fresh clean water. I use this same protocol with my bun and it has worked so far.

It is such a frightening and helpless feeling what you are going through.
Holding good thoughts for you and your bun for a good outcome.

Hi everyone, here's the latest update on Lily. I took Lily to the vet yesterday and the vet said that it'd be better if she stayed over for observation and that if she started to poop at night she would let me know so I could bring her home. There were no calls yesterday, and today came and the vet called to tell me Lily still hadn't pooped and can't come home today. She is still eating well though and the vet has started giving her some veggies to get the process started again.

I feel really crabby because I am sitting next to her empty cage now. I wish she'd get better and come home soon. I will be visiting her tonight, and will keep you updated!

Thanks for all the help but I've decided to leave it to the professionals ):

I am sorry to read that Lily has been hospitalized for her condition but happy to read that she is under observation. Holding thoughts for a good outcome.
