Age to start breeding a buck

I just bought a 16-18 months old Netherland Dwarf buck
And I also got two 12 weeks old Does
I plan on starting to breed them in January (they will turn 6 months old then)
I was just wondering if my male is too old to start breeding

No, he isn't. Some need some time to figure out what to do, but that can be with any buck new to the business.
