A Bunny and his Box

Okay, so Rex has this box that he loves. It's the same one as above, but we added a fleece blanket for winter warmth.

He spends pretty much all of his time outside the cage in it.Come down the ramp, right into the box. Get a drink of water, back intothe box. Play tag with the kittens, take a nap in the box.

But what he did tonight took the cake...

He's laying on his side in the box, falling asleep (cute enough byitself), but he has one paw on the side of the box and islicking and gently nibbling the wood.

LOL I have always enjoyed seeing pics of Rex in his box!

Bo has his Rubbermaid beddy bye and he licks it also.... he loves his beddy bye!

It's so cute when they are all snuggled in and cute. Everybunny needs a box or bed!

That is just so sweet! In my house we refer tothat as "licking with love" our dogs do it a lot. Diva does it with thepillows on my couch.

I took his old box, pulled the floor out and turned it upside down and he loved it!

I know I have to put something soft in it, but Idon't know what. If I put a blanket or pillow he'll dig it out and eatit. I guess I'll have to get the soft bedding.

LOL.. ..Our bunnies will only use the boxes if they are upside down.

If we put them in the cage rightside up...the buns just turn them over.

Their choices of "fillers" range from their blankies, hay, shed fur, to nothing at all.

Thewood gets soiled from time to time so I'm goning to try some white vinegar to clean them up this weekend.
