Just hopped in to say hello!

Thank you, everyone. :) I didn't really bond the trio (I was too chicken!). They had been in side-by-side cages for a year and a half, so they were already "friends", so I paid a HRS Educator to finish the bond, and it was worth every penny! :) Unfortunately, Gryphon (the lionhead) went to...

Is there anything that can be done for obstructions?

Thanks, everyone. They did take x-rays that confirmed the obstruction. Unfortunately, the vet on duty at the time was not comfortable with doing the surgery as it has a very poor prognosis, and Gryphon was rather far gone at that point anyway. :-/ Thanks for the kind words. I'm going to...

Is there anything that can be done for obstructions?

About two weeks ago, we had to put my beautiful Gryphon down due to what we thought at the time was an intestinal blockage. It was later confirmed that the blockage occurred due to him eating some carpet fibers. I've been told that there's no cure for an intestinal obstruction of that sort...but...

Newly-bonded bunny trio still marking everywhere! Help!

I had heard about restricting their space, so yesterday after I steam-cleaned the carpets, I moved them back in to an 8x8 x-pen. So far there's only been one little pee spot (though lots of poos...which is fine), so it may be working! Fingers crossed!

Just hopped in to say hello!

Hello! I've been a part of a few different bunny communities on Facebook, but I wanted to get back in to an online message-board community, as well. :) My family consists of me and my husband, our dog, four cats and four rabbits (with the Puff-bunny now living at the Bridge.) My earthly warren...

Newly-bonded bunny trio still marking everywhere! Help!

No, they've been in the room for over a year, though most of that time was while they were in connecting x-pens. (And I think that may be part of the reason...but I've steam-cleaned the carpets so many times that all those pheromones HAVE to be gone by now! ). Sofia is in our main...

Newly-bonded bunny trio still marking everywhere! Help!

Yes, they're all spayed and neutered, and have been for almost two years. :)

Newly-bonded bunny trio still marking everywhere! Help!

Hello all! My bunny-trio has been bonded for about a month now, and have free-roam of the "bunny room." I've tried different set-ups of litter boxes and have steam-cleaned the carpet numerous times (even with Nature's Miracle carpet shampoo...) and they still mark all over about 1/2 of the...
