I did it! I gave him hismedicine! :) He was really good about it - I putsome hay in my lap and he munched on it. The first time Ididn't get it in (there was a wet spot on his fur). Idefinitely learned my lesson! It worked the secondtime. I hope I don't run out of meds because I messed up atfirst.

I looked at his nose again tonight - the discharge is definitely yellow.

I'll try something else. Although whenI got him, his nose was a little wet, but they said it was from"stress," so I suspect he was having problems even before he was on myaspen bedding.

Hmm...is it strange to give baytrilinjections? I am thinking it is is because he is so young,the vet was afraid oral antiobiotics might hurt his stomach.

The vet gave him a shot of Baytril, as Ithink he said this method won't hurt the bunny's stomach. Thevet said he has given young babies Baytril before. I amsupposed to do this 11 more times but I'm a little nervous because I'venever given a rabbit anything subcutaneouslybefore.
