Usually, it's much darker and redder than this. Biscuits pee looks like this when it is dried our pee would also look like that if we used a litter box. My past rabbit had too much beta-carotene and had very dark red pee but it went away. This pee is a normal color.

You should look out for loss of appetite, pressing his stomach to the ground, lethargic, I would try and give him a small treat every so often and he will most likely take it if he is not in pain just make sure he is eating a lot of hay.

Yeah that is completely normal nothing to worry about sometimes the floof around their eyes can make it seem that way.

That's completely normal sounding to me. Could you possibly post a picture of it? You can't really see the whites of the rabbit's eye unless they are looking around. Since their eyes are on the side of their head it makes it seem like they bulge out.

In my experience of bonding my rabbits it's normal. One rabbit did something the other did not like and they would chase and the occasional nip. Good luck with bonding them! .

Male to Male pairs are harder to bond rather than Male - Female pairs. It's possible but it takes a lot more work and they definitely both would need to be fixed.
