Thanks everyone! I'm sure he's in a better place now. I just wish I could have done more.

    So freaked out right now!

Scary... to say the least!! I'm glad you're okay. This is why I love my dogs. They bark at anything that comes near our house.....including the wind (which can sometimes be annoying). A few months ago, there was some guy wandering around in my backyard.....so I let the dogs out...

    Cadbury's come to stay with us....forever (R.I.P.)

Cadbury is at the Bridge, now. :( I found him in really bad shape when I got home from work today. He was laying on his side and couldn't get up. I rushed him to the vet, but there wasn't much they could do except help him on his way. He was 12 years old. Binky free little one. Your story is...

Cadbury has gone to the Bridge :*(

He's gone :tears2: I came home from work and found him lying on his side. He was barely hanging on. The poor old guy couldn't stand up anymore. I rushed him to the vet, but he was too far gone. He was 12 years old. At least his last few months were spent safe, clean, warm....and loved. Binky...

Toby gave me a bloody nose

I'm surprised nobody has blamed the Tans on this one. ;)

Toby gave me a bloody nose

Hmmmm....sounds like the kind of excuse someone would come up with if they fell out of bed and landed on their face. "The bunny did it!!":nod Just sayin', ya know. :rollseyes ...and just kidding, too! Hope your nose feels better!

    Flying with Rabbits

Check with Delta Air Lines. From my past research, they're the most pet-friendly. I think the question would concern whether Guam is an International or Domestic flight designation. From what I can find, rabbits can be shipped on Delta as Unaccompanied Cargo on International & Domestic flights.

Do steam vacuums get rabbit urine out of the carpet?

It's better to use a cool water shampoo machine. Heat can set in the stains as well as the odor.

    Onions and Potatoes...

Hill-Hutch wrote: I wouldn't recommend feeding either one. Onions are toxic for many animals....nothing definitive concerning buns....but I wouldn't take the chance. Potato "eyes" are toxic for buns....as is any green skin. Here again, I wouldn't take the chance myself.

Can you use wipes for dogs and cats on rabbits?

If they're unscented and alcohol-free, then they should be okay to use on buns.

Binkie has gone to the Bridge : (

Never too late Danielle! Thanks for posting. Sometimes I think it would be better if I remembered all of the good parts of their lives.....and not to have been there when they crossed over. Binkie was...well..."Binkie", until a week or so before she got so sick. She could be "Chainsaw" one...

My dogs got a baby bunny!

Wild buns are best turned over to a wildlife rescue. Here's our library link with some info that may help. http://rabbitsonline.net/view_topic.php?id=15487&forum_id=17
