    Raccoons

Here is a few ways to deter racoons.. At least for a few days, they can be deterred by the scent of bloodmeal (such as Miracle-Gro 100961 Organic Choice Blood Meal, 3-Pound) or bonemeal (Miracle-Gro 100940 Organic Choice Bone Meal, 3-Pound, either product available from Amazon at a very low...

Can my male start his bonding?

From what I know it can take a couple months for the hormones to clear out fully. Also is she spayed? Her hormones can also get in the way of their bonding.

    New bunny

Well Faeber is several months from being old enough to be neutered. But I always thought the aggression was a hormone issue so knowing that of all things I figured my BunBun would be the aggressive territorial one but he never is. Also it's just surprising that a baby bun would be more...

    New bunny

I Swear I am Cursed, All my attempts for a second bun turn out badly. My new bun Faeber had actually attempted to attack my older bun BunBun, thankfully I had them in separate x-pens 5 inches apart close enough to sniff but not touch. I had just put Faeber in the second x-pen for some...

    Cleaning and bathing?

Young bunnies are hard to litter train since they don't have much control, but keep trying they will get better at as they get older. My bun didn't litter train till closer to 5-6 months. And till their litter trained you may want to consider putting towels or something absorbent down to soak up...

    New bunny

I do plan on Neutering them both. But we took Faeber to the vet today as he has had some tummy problems, which turned out to be minor and he needs some probiotics to help get his stomach bacteria going better as it seems he has some issues with his cecotropes being mushy.

We're right now letting them sniff each other and cage exchanges so they get use to each others scents and plan on doing more of the...

    Bleeding bunny

ok, My bunny has somehow managed to rip off a entire section of his claw so only a tiny part is left coming from the toe on his front paw and it's bleeding. I am wondering how do I handle this situation, he doesn't seem distressed or in pain less you touch the paw (obviously). He is hopping...

    Worried about backyard breeder

I personally would report it to the local Aspca because they will do a full look over of the animals and take proper action if they are being abused or neglected. And if they are indeed a rescue they can offer them help.
