Need Help: Bunny Basics T Pellets

Rabbit Central best so far - Oxbow is steep to go to me. A decent shipping cost is acceptable since i feed Daisy only 1/8 cup/day pellets, so 10 lbs goes a long way. In fact my bunvet in nearby Marlborough sells it, but i have no way to get there. (I can arrange rides there for bun...

For the Men on the Forum

Growing up, my father allowed no pets in the house. At about age 35 my psychotherapist advised me to get a rabbit because i lived alone & was isolated - i don't recall why she picked that particular animal, but Sahara was a great comfort. She was charismatic too, neighbors used to come over...

Need Help: Bunny Basics T Pellets

Can someone tell me who has the best price + shipping? I don't have transportation so i need to order. Best i've seen so far is Rabbit Central, $16.34 + shipping for 10 lbs. The 50lb size is too much for me to store.

Latest on Daisy, & a New Type of Operating Table

Have you tried a variety of hays? I'd be concerned about a non-hay diet, even if she seems to be doing fine with it. Reducing other foods can encourage them to eat hay, as you may know....i get as much timothy into Daisy as i can.:3

Latest on Daisy, & a New Type of Operating Table

I took her in for her yearly checkup some months ago & the vet - supposdly a bunvet - said she had molar spurs that needed grinding. I was skeptical since Daisy had no trouble eating. I took her to another bunvet & he said that the molars had a slight inward lean which was common but this...

    how do you say good-night

Daisdy has her cage on a stand at easy chair level so gets lots of TLC all day (i'm at home most of the time.) During the day she has an Indian print bedspread partly covering the cage, & after i set her up at night with greens & hay i cover the cage to give her a sense of security. With...

    i think i hate my rabbit :(

I would think also that you mayassociate this rabbit with your partner & the relationship,& this is a big part of your upset. Healing from therelationship should help in relating to your rabbit. If this provesimpossible, however, it would of course be best to find a good home forthe...

Diet Change to Remove Molar Spurs

Could anyone suggest how long to try this before taking her to the vet again to see if it's working? (I also added a chew stick, which she uses a lot).

Help! Finally decided to have my bunnies fixed

Here's a few: http://www.bunnyluv.org/veterinarians.htm Remember to ask about payment plans, & of course spread the surgeries over time. As you may know, ask the vets how many of these jobs they do, how manythey lose (should be almost none), & whether they want therabbit to fast the...
