New baby bunnies! Litter training, help!!!

First of your buns are ADORABLE!! And I highly doubt they are three weeks old as they need to be at least 6-8 weeks of age before they are weaned off their mothers milk. If you want to limit the amount of poo you could try to clean it up every morning and every night so it doesn't look so...

    Bunny Advice in Quarantine

If you wanted to encorage her to play with her toys you could make it more fun by hiding treats and things inside or even taking a few toys away and rotating the ones she has so she has 'new' toys that she can play with xo

    Is this normal?

Maybe they are just comfortable like that? If they are completely normal when they move around then it isn't head tilt, so if you are concerned maybe just ring your vet up to make sure. your bun is adorable! hope this helps <3

    Bunny Advice in Quarantine

Hey, I totally feel you! My bun was meant to be spayed a few weeks ago but the vet only does emergency surgeries now to limit face to face contact and my bun has been going mad! She is a free roam bun but I've limited her space slightly, and from what I've noticed she has decreased her bad...

    Australian Rabbit Housing and Hutches

No problem, although if you did want to extend your hutch you could add a large run if you wanted, so then your bun gets more space! <3

Hey, I think my bun just had a bad reaction to it, maybe your rabbit will be okay with it :)

    Australian Rabbit Housing and Hutches

Hey, I'm in the UK so I don't have much information, but when I googled Australian rabbit hutches a website called 'coops and cages' came up, I'll leave the link below if you are interested, or if you are looking for a DIY project perhaps you could make your own...

    switching brands

Hey, I used one type of Supreme science selective pellets for my bun, but i later found out they changed the recipe and it contained green tea extract, which made her very hyper (almost as if she had a cup of coffee!) so I changed it immediately, I'm not sure if that is the same one but I would...

Will my rabbit get used to being alone? Her partner died recently...

Thanks for the suggestion, although that isn't exactly ideal for my situation right now, the UK is under full lockdown and if people are outside other than for exercising we will be fined extensively, so until the lockdown is over this isn't an option, thanks for the suggestion!

Will my rabbit get used to being alone? Her partner died recently...

hey my bun is 9 months old, she and her partner were bonded since we got them, so for around 6 months, my bunny is currently in an x pen but is usually free roam, the only reason she is in a pen is because for the next month our vet suggested we keep an eye on her whilst she is on medication for...

    Bun not shedding

Hey, my bun is 9 months old and doesn't really shed at all, my old rabbit used to shed A LOT and they were siblings, I usually use the furminator and brush her every month, but I don't really see lots of hair on the brush, is that because she is grooming herself well, or because she just hasn't...

Will my rabbit get used to being alone? Her partner died recently...

Hey guys, almost a week ago we lost our bun Thumper and now our bun Bambi is alone, we are definitely going to get her a companion, but I'm going to have to wait until this lockdown is over, I have been looking out for some rabbits and have found a male spot bunny that we are probably going to...

    Bunny with milky eye

In young rabbits milky eyes are probably cataracts, which could have been contracted from birth or other factors such as being outside and inhaling spores, either way I would recommend you take your bun to the vet to check if she can be treated, as it depends on what type of parasite possibly...

What methods to use to distinguish boy and girl bunnies

Hey, i wouldn't recommend a ribbon around their neck or their paws, rabbits have extremely weak limbs and if the ribbon got stuck on something you could potentially risk your bunnies' life. My suggestion for this is to draw with a marker on their ear, but also keep in mind that you need to use a...

    Best Digging Materials?

Hey, soil and shredded paper sounds good, but i'm not too sure about the sand as it might get in their eyes and could potentially cause respiratory problems if it is very fine. The shredded paper shouldn't be normal newspaper or any paper with any form of ink in it, maybe you could use brown...

Rabbits not eating as much as before.

To me that sounds perfectly fine, pellets shouldn't really be a major part of their diet (they should have around 25g or an eggcup per 1kg of their body weight), as long as their faeces are normal and their hay diet is the same they are completely fine. Just keep an eye on them for a while and...
