I had surgery today and am really tired. My bunny who weighs 18lbs ate a bite of hotdog that didn't get swept up. Do I need to stay up and watch her? I am not sure how serious it is.

I think all reasons are valid that I have read. Most parents do not really think their children can fully take care of pets and know they often will need to keep an eye on them and work together meeting a pet's needs and health.

Lucy will poop in my closet, in the linen closet, in my boys closet or in our laundry room. She goes on our deck everyday and never poops there. She has peed on the carpet twice since she was spayed.

Lucy has a large kennel and an x pen. She still poops in the x pen:)

I am so sorry to hear about how many there are. I wish that a rescue could just go get them like they would with dogs in this situation (happened a couple hours from me, very horrible). I really am glad you are trying to help and that you took the rabbit in. I would have done the same.
