Is my nethie a silver martin or a black otter?

it’s a few bald patches with new fur growing and a little bit of dead skin/dandruff in the areas where the fur is regrowing but nowhere else. He is 8 weeks old and lived with his siblings and parents. I am keeping an eye on it but just wanting to make sure it’s not mites or something worse.

I just bought him home from a breeder where he lived in a big outdoor cage with his family. I spread his fur and found these patches. Should I be worried?
