    Lump! Help!

When I first got my little fella, he was found to have a quarter size "lump" on his neck just at his back (I believe that's where it was.. I didn't take him into the vet, my bunny wranglers did) and it was found to be a cyst of some sort. The vet syringred it out and the needle was full of...

    Chewing paint and drywall

I personally don't have that issue with my buns, and I attribute it to my furniture blocking the baseboards. So my suggestion is to place furniture where bun likes to go. Alternatively, you could get 2x4's and place them as a "boarder" around your baseboards as well as larger pieces of wood to...

Not sure whether my lion head has a double or single mane

You got yourself a single mane lion head 🥰 My little fella is a double mane. You can tell by his "skirt" 🥰 My youngest grand put his stuffy in handcuffs 🤣 .. it's a toy I made out of two canning jar rings and a keychain ring.

Just looks like a runt to me ☺️🥰

Mama bunny not sure is giving to the kits

Momma's usually only feed in the morning and at night. I think her babies look well, but I am also not educated in newborn kit rearing. Only from what I've read and watched on videos.

Leaving my bunny alone (need advice ASAP!!)

I'm on the west coast of Canada and our summers have been getting rather brutal, so fully understand the worry. Good on you for setting up twice daily checks, as this is important for your bun. I have just recently gotten two ceramic tiles for my buns to lay on when the summer comes, so I...

Post pictures of your rabbits flop!

This here is my sweet Black beauty, I had named Pepsi Pepper Pooper, the tiny kit I got on a snowy Christmas Eve back in 2013, to help my heart with the 1yr marker of my then missing 2 1/2 yr old feline. I learned sooooo much from this magnificent luvbun in the 5 years I had her before she left...

Bald spot - did I do this?

@Ashrocks92 I don't see why not. Just try it lightly and see how it goes

    New owner of 2 rabbits

Good morning and welcome to the bunny forum @brerrabbit 🥰👍 I want to start by saying thank you for caring for your two little luvbuns and giving them what sounds like a wonderful furever home. I think it was the smartest move to keep the buns separated until you can get your male fixed. I...

Hello - hoppy to meet you all

Welcome to the bunny forum. I hope you find it very useful in caring for your buns. They are beautiful 😍 I have learned soooo much since 2013 when I got my very own kit (my girls used to bring bunnies home but they cared for them, not me), I named Pepsipepper Pooper. I had NO IDEA about buns...

    Unexpected Male Rabbit With Female

You'll do fine. So will your bun 🤗👍 I found the best way to check quickly is to hold up a treat that they need to stand up for. I used toilet paper to dab up the pee and I put that into the litterbox. Then I'd take straight vinegar and dab the spot to take out the smell. Any excess poops...

    Not drinking, but eating

I have also heard of a light plain camomile tea cooled and offered to bun to help with getting liquids in.

    Unexpected Male Rabbit With Female

Male rabbits need 7-10 days. Females need 10-14 days. Pain meds for the first day and bun can take up to 24 hrs to get eating and drinking so keep an eye on input/output in the first 24 hours. Restricted movement space is needed (not able to jump or zoom) as is checking the incision site at...

    Not drinking, but eating

A good way to get extra liquid into buns is to soak greens and not dry off. I usually use a salad spinner to take the water off my buns supper greens, but if I needed to get more liquid into them, I'd simply not spin it off or at least not as much as I do.

    Unexpected Male Rabbit With Female

You can separate with exercise pens. There is also small click square pens you can get off Amazon. Those buns need to be separated so the doe doesn't end up pregnant, if she isn't already 🤷‍♀️ it happens quick! Now get this one... A female can be impregnated more than once while pregnant. Ohh...

    Rolling up the rug

My little lop rolls my bathroom mat. It's the only one she does it to, although she has done it to her blanket I put on the floor to help with keeping the cold from seaping in through the floor in our livingroom. I figured since they enjoy sleeping under the right corner of my coffee table, and...

    Is this grunting?

To me that is teeth chattering or clicking, not grunting. And not to be confused with teeth grinding. The sound of their grunting is almost like a pig snortting but at a smaller scale. I recommend you Google sounds they make because then there's honking, which usually happens when they are...
