Please help I'm concerned about my rabbits poo!

Encourage lots of hay eating. Very little other food as long as he is eating well. If no improvement, take him to a rabbit vet - find one here: Rabbit Friendly Vet List

Help my rabbit wont eat hay!

Get him to a good rabbit vet for a thorough dental check-up first. It is quite possible he has developed spurs (due to lack of hay) which make it painful to eat hay. Once teeth are checked/sorted out, get several types of grass hay and cut way down on any other foods you give him. Not more than...

    Can my bunnies eat this?

If he eats more than a few small pieces, take the cardboard away from him. It can cause problems. Cardboard does nothing for teeth.

HELP! My rabbit is really upset! (Training)

If he chews the rug, take it out and put non-slip, textured, cushioned lino down.

    Rabbit potentially in pain?

Is your vet on the RWAF vet list? Rabbit Friendly Vet List Doesn't sound right to me at all. Ear infections can and should be treated. I would find a more expert rabbit vet.

Rug or mat for indoor pen

Try cotton rag rugs? You will need double sided tape to make sure they don't slip on the wood floor though.

    Rabbit is wobbly

Could be EC. Take him to the rabbit vet, they may test or treat anyway with a month of Panacur and Metacam. To rule out ear infection they need to do at least an x-ray. You can’t see anything in the ear if it’s inner or middle ear infection.

How can i pick my rabbit up if he doesn’t like being picked up?

Check out this page for outdoor housing advice: Outdoor Housing The run should be attached to the hutch. Look into Runaround to do this safely: Runs, hutches, rabbit and guinea housing with freedom and flexibility

    Male rabbit problems

14 weeks is definitely old enough and it's a good idea to have them done before the initially hormonal behaviour becomes learned. Go to a good rabbit vet. Find one here: Rabbit Friendly Vet List

get partner for my rabbit questions

It is very unlikely that the change in behaviour is due to spaying and far more likely it's due to the heat. All pet rabbits, especially females, should be neutered. If you get another rabbit, you need to get him/her neutered first, keep the bunnies separated until 8 weeks after neutering and...

    Looking for a friend

Not a good idea. Bunnies are not like dogs. They should never be introduced to another bunny unless the intention is to bond them. It can cause a lot of stress and injuries. Don't do it. Why not find a permanent friend, a single spayed female, at a rescue centre? The rescue may even do the...

PLEASE HELP Dental problems and not eating:Vet suggested potential PTS, how long do anti-biotics take to work?

Sounds like you need a better rabbit vet. Check out the RWAF vet list: Rabbit Friendly Vet List I would expect skull x-rays at the very least.

Owner of 2 mini rabbits in need of Help!

Please don't return them, you were doing so well, getting them neutered and sorting out their environment and everything. We can help you with whatever problem you are having. It takes a long time for bunnies to learn to trust their humans, you've only had them for a few months. Please be...

Please help- my two lovely Mini Lop bunnies have both died suddenly!

So incredibly sad. Selling unvaccinated rabbits should be illegal, it certainly is totally immoral. You need to use veterinary grade disinfectant and definitely do not bring another bunny into your house unless the bunny has been vaccinated at least 3 weeks beforehand. The virus can stay in the...

There's something with my bunny's nose

Could also be sarcoptic mange. Please get your bunny to a rabbit vet. If there are none near you, you may be able to arrange a phone consultation. Join the group mentioned above for more advice on this.

need some tough rabbit parenting advice

Great advice above. Get pet insurance and start saving so you won't be as worried about the financial burden of vet visits when they are needed. You can do this!

Holding my rabbit + rabbit stroller

If you want him to like you, stop picking him up, only do that when absolutely necessary. Just spend as much time as you can sitting or lying on the floor near him. The only reasonable use for a pet stroller is to transport bunny to the vet. Bunnies generally hate being taken out of their...

Why Baby Rabbit Eating So Much?

The hay you are using is fine but I always recommend giving a variety of grass hays. In the UK there are some very good online suppliers e.g. timothyhay.co.uk, hay-and-straw.co.uk, hay box, Just4Rabbits,.... You get better quality hay there. Two handfuls doesn't sound like a lot, they need to...

    New bunbun scared

Are they both neutered? If not, keep them separated until 8 weeks after the last one is neutered or you risk a fight. It's only been one week, that is nothing in terms of the time it takes to bond with most new bunnies. Don't touch him at all for now, just spend as much time as you can lying or...
