I think the x pen would be a good bet then!

    Hutch question

Is there a reason they are shut in at night? If the cat and dog don't access the room, you could bunny proof it and give them free roam 24/7 with the hutch as a base for food, water etc.? Miley lives in a bunny proof room so has plenty of space to hop around, we just put stair gates across the...

    Help with catching runaway rabbit

No you're not wrong at all 😊 Guinea pigs and rabbits are of course different and rabbits as you say can be very flighty. Just some ideas for you. Yes your idea may work! Place some hya and some nice tasty treats in there to make it a nice safe space for him. He should hopefully choose to go in...

    Hutch question

Oops sorry, hope this one works! Housing sizes That works out at 5ft 2in by 1ft 6in which is unfortunately quite a bit smaller than the recommended sizes from the House Rabbit Society and the RWAF. Maybe you could attach an x pen permanently to the front to give them some more space?

    Help with catching runaway rabbit

We run a guinea pig rescue. We've been called out a good few times to straying guinea pigs and have had success with a mixture of cardboard boxes and play pen panels, chucking a towel or blanket on them if they get close enough (they normally freeze momentarily and then we grab them), a...

    Hutch question

Miley has always drunk from a bowl, much easier I find 😊 I have to say though I think your hutch is rather on the small side. Here's a link to the recommended housing sizes page, have a look through! Recommended housing sizes There's also loads of good housing ideas here! Indoor housing ideas

URGENT! Pneumonia in rabbits and our current vets are not rabbit savvy

I'm so sorry your bunny is unwell 😔I haven't got any experience with pneumonia but I can tell you Enrofloxacin is an antibiotic, tramadol is a pain relief and meloxicam is an anti inflammatory, which are all common meds given to rabbits here in the UK. I'm not sure what TMPS tablets are though...

So glad the bleedings stopped! 😌

Rabbit paralyzed hind legs and bleeding

At least the bleeding is slowing a little! The hay looks good to me, timothy is a popular choice 👍

Rabbit paralyzed hind legs and bleeding

Good grief what a time you're both having! Fresh blood is a brighter red, digestive blood is normally darker so I can see why the vet thinks it's from her bottom. A rabbits diet should be 90% good quality grass hay. Fruit is a treat only and pellets should be given in very small amounts...

    Shadow help

She may come round yet! Either way she's got the opportunity, thanks to you, to live her life the way she wants to, and that's a good thing! ❤️

Please help. I cannot get ahold of the cecal dysbiosis. So discouraged and scared for my rabbit.

What a time you've been having! All I could think of honestly would be good quality hay only diet for a couple of weeks as you've said, to see if that make a difference. Have you tried a different probiotic too? We get Fibreplex over here, not sure if you can get it where you are. I think it's...

Will something happen if rabbit groomed themselves after being lightly bathed with a rabbit shampoo?

I would think as it is designed for rabbits I wouldn't worry too much 😊

Caught my young bunny sitting in water yesterday and the day before he would just sit spinning around periodically and died unexpectedly today

It could be so many things, I suppose. So sorry for your loss, it must have been a bit of a shock for you! RIP sweet bunny, over the Rainbow Bridge 🌈❤️
