Ernest's previous mom stopped over today withnsome paper work she had located recently and I had asked for.I was hoping it would provide me with information regarding his date ofbirth, which it did.

After I posted the information tothe "BunnyInformation" looseleaf notebook I keep on all our buns, I took the timeto peruse the paper work a little closer. It stated that,"This...animal has had a ovariohysterectromy in our...hospital,"

Ernest is ERNESTINE! I had never thought to verify "his" sex, assuming the previous owners, nice people who owned "him" for twoyears, knew his sex because he had been neutered. Ya knowwhat they say about "assuming," and I am a perfect example of thattoday.

We thought Mitzie's reluctance to bond with Ernest was because we hadnot been diligent enough in our bonding training. Now, werealize there is a major factor here we had not aniticipated.

The Missus and I had a good laugh over the situation and Ernest, orErnestine, whatever the case may be, is here to stay, for better or forworse. *chuckle*

ahahahahahaha....poor Mitzie probably thought you were off your rocker ;):p

Wow, Buck! Well, that does explain some of her behaviors - especially in the Buck Pack.

I can't believe he's a she! Hard to believe you can own arabbit for two years, have it fixed, and still not know it'ssex.

I guess it could happen...

You're not kidding about not knowing where a day could lead. Still can't believe I now have three rabbits!
