My babies wiggle there nose all the time....ithink its quite cute. They seem to wiggle it more when they feel reallyhot from the warm weather in the summer. Here is some info aboutrabbits wiggling there nose:

Twitching Nose - Part of the rabbit's anatomical design isgeared towards detecting and escaping predators. Even when rabbits aresleeping they must constantly be monitoring their environment fordanger, hence the constant nose movement. As they wiggle their nose andpull in air they also part the split in the upper lip to moisturize theair and improve the ability to pick up scents.

Wiggling The Nose: Rabbits do not wiggle their nose to breath, and they can smell things just fine without moving their nose. A scaredrabbit will not wiggle its nose at all. This is a sign that the rabbitis ready to run away, if the rabbit is showing other signs of beingscared. A very relaxed rabbit will often not wiggle its nose either, because it is just too relaxed to move at all! :) If the rabbit is notready to flee, the nose will wiggle according to how interested it isin something. The more excited a rabbit gets or a rabbit that is upsetwill wiggle its nose quickly. A slower nose wiggle is a sign that therabbit is calm and fairly relaxed.
