Our new girl, Q, isn't using the litter pan for her poops, any advice? Ham is, knock on wood, very much litter trained, and Q was at the shelter, but here she pees in the box, but poops everywhere else. . . Help? Advice?

It may take her awhile to settle in. But as it's just her poops that are being spread around, she's probably telling everyone that the space is HERS. It should lessen in time. Just be glad it's just the poop.

yeah, they tend to poop-mark, lol. I don't remember if they're bonded/housed together yet... but if they're not, they can get into full-on "poop wars". even if they are together, new territory = poop marking galore. once she's more used to her new space, she shouldn't feel the need to poop-mark everything in sight.

I don't know how new to you she is, but it does sound like she may just be marking her territory and it will likely settle down once she's more comfortable.
