They generally stop makring their territory and generally get good at using the toilet, but it may be he thinks the toilet is in those places.
I would suggest keeping him off your bed and the dog bed if you can, and in his cage, clean it with white distilled vinegar because that will override the smell so he doesn't realise he is supposed to go there.
If he goes outside his litter tray soak up the urine and put it in the tray (then clean the area) and if he does any poos outside the tray pick them up and put it in.
Also, what do yo use in his litter tray? do you have hay in there?
