Ok, so I'm bored waiting for a video to convert, and listening to music, so I thought I'd ask!

My favourite bands right now are:

Snow Patrol
Kings of Leon
Interpol
Jimmy Eat World
Something Corporate
Jack's Mannequin
Arcade Fire
Maximo Park

Anyone else wanna join in? :D

Snow Patrol
Cold Play
30 Seconds to Mars
Interpol
The Offspring
Keane
Green Day (old school 90's forever!)
The Verve
The Cranberrys

Just to name a few out of a billion :D

Amy winehouse

Rachel hylton <<<<<<(I love you)

and loads of other soul singers also like swing and jazz. Very old fashioned for a 15 year old.

Flight Of The Conchords
Foo Fighters
Paramore

Metallica and Queensryche are my old favorites. Not really in a music mood right now so can't think of anything else.
I was a HUGE Metallica fan!! My ex-boyfriend got me into them.... I've seen them live twice and they were AMAZING.... blew me away! I still listen to them every now and then, although I'm not really a big metal fan anymore....

I have to say, the two I come back to, time and time again, are Tori Amos and Chris Isaak. I guess they are more solo artists than bands, but oh well. I also adore Feist.

Now that I think about it, I mostly just listen to those three. It's a rut I don't mind being stuck in. I absolutely cannot listen to too much Tori Amos. Or Chris Isaak. ;)

Jason mostly likes hard core Swedish death metal, so we are almost totally incompatible when it comes to music. (Though he likes Feist, too, and claims he had a good time when he took me to see Chris Isaak for my birthday last year. :D)

No Doubt/Gwen Stefani
Carly Simon
Oasis
The White Stripes
The Tragically Hip
Franz Ferdinand
Eve (rapper)
Dave Matthews
Jann Arden (bc she's a great singer, and so funny too!)
Ben Folds Five
Lauren Hill
Gorillaz
Amy Winehouse
Gershwin (old piano dudes:p)
Christina Aguilera
etc... etc...

Will have to check out some of your stuff guys! I don't have a lot of time to listen to music bc I need it very quiet when doing papers and homework-like stuff/study for exams (which I'm supposed to be doing right now)

Probably the most-listened-to thing in my life right now is the CBC radio.... Go "World at 6"!:biggrin2:

hehe....um....Jonas Brothers:embarrassed:

but half of y'all coulda guessed that:whistling

i also like

Taylor Swift

Jesse McCartney(beautiful soul and part of right where you want me only:tongue)

David what's his last name......*runs off to check*......:run:........Archuleta

i think that's about it....oh, and Drew Seeley. i wish he'd hurry up and put a CD out:bunnyheart

I listen to a whole bunch of music. But, after watching the show "Supernatural" I totally got back into some rock!

Honestly, my music collection is so eclectic...I'll just give ya a little taste of it:

AC/DC
Led Zeppelin
BTO
Bad Company
Fuel
Robert Johnson
Filter
Nine Inch Nails
Snow Patrol
Paramore
Muse
Spill Canvas
Alice in Chains
REO Speedwagon
Goo Goo Dolls
Marc Cohn
Carrie Underwood
Lifehouse
Soundgarden
30 Seconds to Mars
Flyleaf
Michelle Branch
Tori Amos
Switchfoot
The Cranberries
3 Doors Down
Jane's Addiction
Eric Clapton
Frank Sinatra...

That's just some is what in one playlist right now. Honestly, the only thing I probably don't listen to is rap.

I don't tend to like just a few certain bands. I like all songs, most stuff that is new and old. A band that I love pretty much all of their songs is the Scissor Sisters, so when people usually ask me I usually say that. I love ABBA though, and Queen, and Destiny's Child. I told you my music tastes are weird. I'm more of a rock chic though. My friends always say that our group each represent a different taste of music. One of my friends loves soul and reggae, one loves cheesy pop, one loves all the over the top musical soundtracks and the other loves dance and all that chavvy stuff.

Fran :) :hearts :brownbunny
