White Screen Of Death- Sony Ericsson

Anyone know how to fix a phone, after the screen goes all white, you can still hear texts coming through but yet you can't see what is happening :X:X:X

I'll probably have to bring it to the shop and they will send it back Take like a month! I only got it at Christmas. There are thingys online about how to fix it yourself though

If you've only had it since Christmas, they should just automatically replace it under warranty. My husband just had his screen go south, and they just sent him a new phone. We just have to send back the old phone in a prepaid box. Just go into your local phone store.

Ya I remember something like this happened to me before and when I brought it back they insisted on seeing if it could be fixed I haven't told my parents yet....uh oh

Not to be a party pooper, But they always insist on fixing it, and in most cases, it is fixed for a week and then the problems start all over again. My sister has had a terrible track record with sony errickson, from one phone having the battery die every hour to another that had its screen upside down lol. My advice next time don't get a sony errickson.
