Hey y'all! I have a question about mybuns whiskers. By what I understand they should never beclipped, right?

Why would one of my buns have split whiskers? There are threeor four whiskers that just look like bad split ends. Couldhehave accidentially chewed on his whiskers? Dosome buns just have a tendency to have short and splitwhiskers? Is my bun ok? When I picked him out hehad really short whiskers on one side (they are growing out now), hencehis name "Shorty" :)

Correct, don't clip their whiskers, they're used for feeling around in the dark, etc.

My dogs, cats and buns have all had short and split-ended whiskers, something just happens that rips them, not really a big deal, there'snothing you can do.

When I first bonded Nick to Checkers, I noticewhen they snuggled together (it was SOOO cute) Nick's whiskers (he's aHolland Lop) seemed to really annoy Checkers (who was a Rex and didn'thave whiskers). I contemplated cutting thm down a bit - but Checkersbeat me too it! When they got in her face, she was chomping them off!Nick didn't seem to mind, though...
