Hey everyone,

I've always used my dad'sdigital camera to take pictures... it's a Sony Cybershot that's a couple years old. The only thing I don't like about it is that the batteries have to be recharged ALL the time. It's really annoying. But anyways, I'm leaving to go to college soon, so I need to buy myself a digital camera, because I love photography. I was thinking about buying a Canon Powershot of some sort, because they're the best sellers on Amazon.com. Who knows?

Which digital cameras do you all use to take pictures of your buns?

Thanks!

I would love to have the same model as Pet_Bunny! Have you seen his pics? You can see every hair on Pebbles' nose! It's amazing!

I have a relatively cheap Kodak digital. The video is terrible, which I didn't use until recently anyway. But I can get some really nice pictures out of it. Sometimes.

I want Pet_Bunny's camera!

I have a FujiFilm FinePix A340 and I hate it. It's a 4 MP camera but I don;t like it at all,I like the Kodak Easy Share ones much better.

You're in Luck!

A friend of mine bought 5 of these cameras.
He takes pictures for a local newspaper. :D

The Camera Shops are now able to put some on the shelves.
I was on a waiting list to get mine. One store had such a long waiting list, they didn't bother taking my name. :(

The lenseI have is a different story. The Nikon 18-200 f3.5 VR zoom is so far back logged. Some large stores in the U.S. are saying they are 1000 units behind and have a 4 month wait. I can easily sell mine on Ebay for a $200 profit.

Rainbows! :)

That's the advantage of Point andShoot Cameras. They are simple to use, have easy programs to select, and close ups are very clear.

I would only recommend my camera, if you are serious about photography. It is a complex camera, and you really have to think about the picture you want to take andto make the correct exposure.
But I have no regrets that I bought it.

Some how the more complex you make it ... the more simpler it is. ;)

Rainbows! :)

I have a nikon D50 digital slr and a minolta D500 film.

I'm totally spoiled in the camera department but I intend to do some professional shots when I get the chance & the time :)

I also have one of those cannon quick-shot 8 meg (I think) little dudes - great for vacations when I don't feel like lugging 10 lbs. of camera & tripod all over the city!

Nes.

55-200mm I do alot of wildlife so I prefer the longer distance. Does mean I have to stand 20' back from anyone/thing I want to take a photo of though to get it in focus :D

I plan to buy a shorter lense sometime in the future - but for now it's perfect for me :)

I spent a lot of money ona Sony Cybershot 3 years ago. The piece of junk's motor went out for no reason and to get it fixed it would cost me more than a new camera. I will never waste $500 on a Sony camera again.

Right now I have a Canon PowerShot. So far it's the best camera I have ever owned. Kind of pricey, but definitely worth it for all of the features. My camera has 7 mps. I'm very picky about mps. :)

One of the features is black and white with color accent. I can pick whatever color I want to bring out in the picture. In this picture, I chose red. There is no photoshop involved in ANY of these pictures. I don't believe in photoshop.

Another red.

In this one I chose blue.

Here is sepia.

There are LOTS of other features. Too many to list. Great camera!

I have a sony cyber-shot 6.0 megapixels.

I love it :) LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I've used it every single day since I got it for Mothers Day and it's not let me down yet.

Keep in mind this gliders head is less than two inches wide :) I can't even get the picture as big as it really is... if you wanna see that you can e-mail me I'll be happy to send it. Pretty nice for 200.00!
