I am just curious, has anyone from Ireland (or anywhere else for that matter) seen the move:Secret of Roan Inish? I believe it is based in Ireland, I just love that moive it is great and the places in the movie sure are beautiful!

I've been to Ireland before! We stayed in Kinsale for a week when I was about 14. Beautiful place, I loved it!

Me and my other half went to Dublin last year but we only stayed overnight. I'd love to go back and see Ireland properly again someday

Ah you wouldn't be used to it, your a city-slicker Of course the farm animals are used to it, so am I. Jaysus, you'd never last where I live! I've had cattle practically **** on top of me, and have to walk around in those clothes all day, and I'm slippin' and sliddin in chicken **** everyday.

Nope, I know what a city-slicker live is like, I lived in a rough estate in Ennis till I was 12, then I moved out here, and never looked back, I've learned so much about animals and nature, from hand feeding new-born calves to covered in mud and **** and drenched and freezing in the middle of winter it has changed my life and I love it, and the nature, I love watching the mother and baby hares in the garden, and the foxes. There is so much more I could say about it....

I love the country-side too it's just the smell. And I have ended up in bogs because I jumped into them just to prove a point so I'm not afraid to get mucky!!!!
