For those of you who have been trying to get something ....here is your chance.

Talk someone into letting you have it "when pigs fly".

Then let them know that two guinea pigs are FLYING today...in a few hours....from San Antonio, TX to Connecticut.

Oh - Morgan's flying too...

We leave in minutes.

Good luck getting whatever you wanted...

I can't wait to see my baby! We leave here in one hour to start heading to Phoenix, then we meet the lady that is adopting my rescue rats at 12:30PM....eat some lunch....then time to pick up Morgan.

His cage is all set up and it looks great!

:biggrin2:

I just got done talking to Ali a bit ago.....I wanted to make sure Morgan REALLY arrived safely (I knew he arrived) and I knew Amy had someplace to go.

I was really really REALLY nervous about sending Morgan this morning - when we got to the airport he was almost shaking....I was so worried we'd lose him. I debated between calling Amy and trying to rearrange something else - or sending him.

Robin & I calmed him down a bit and I decided to let him go - but all the time on the way home I was thinking, "Oh God.....please let him have made it ok...".

The guinea pigs at the airport were like, "Will you go away and let us eat our carrot? Come on...we're doing something important here.."

Awww, to the piggies :biggrin2:! I'm so happy they are with Alicia....they are all going to have a blast together.

p.s...look for Morgan's new thread, coming shortly in the main forum!

It wasn't said before but Peg had some issues with the man who took the animals. She was confident in him at all. He tried to say that the two guinea pigs in a small carrier weighed 20lbs! After Peg and her family weighed them and knew it was no where near that.

I called the airline and the guy I spoke to a man who gave me the email to someone who can handle this. I told him and he himself said there is no way they could be 20lbs.. He said to ask for a refund.

So I need a number from Amy off the slip for Morgan. An a written description from Peg, my mother said it would look best if you were writting to me what happened than I could include it in the email.

Edit: I should add Amy than got a call requesting the health certificates that we didnt need. They never bothered calling back to inform us it was a mistake that the animals were already on there way.

Thanks, Alicia. I am not so sure I like Continental :?.

My WAKE UP call was Continental calling me to tell me that they were trying to get a hold of Peg and were having no luck...and that she dropped off the animals but didn't leave health certificates. My first thought was "OH SHOOT (I really said something else!)......Peg is going to get all the way home, then have to go all the way back to bring them home and we will have to schedual another day!". Then, I called Alicia and she got it all figuered out.

Way to scare the junk out of me, Continental :grumpy:. I hate being scared right when I wake up!
