Both my new buns came from the shelter; Flops is9 months old. Daisy is estimated by the shelter at 3 months but was astray so they didn't really know. When should i stop giving themunlimited pellets?

It really depends on the breed of your rabbits. For example, if you have a small rabbit, like a Mini Lop, you shouldstart limiting their feed at 7 months old. But if you have a big breedlike a Flemish Giant, they do not stop growing until they are around 11/2 years old. When you do start limiting their feed, you should do itbased on how much they weigh. OK, thanks - problem with Daisy is we do notknow her age - maybe i can just assume she is about 3 months &go from there.

Flops (a mini-lop) weighs 5 lbs, i would say Daisy is about 4 lbs (do not have her papers in front of me).
