Q likes to be held on her back in your arms like a baby (she's weird). Sometimes, not all the time, and not even often, when I'm holding her and petting her, she'll be very relaxed and will wheeze. As soon as I hear it, I always flip her back over and let her go run because it freaks me out.

She seems to do it more at Cowgirl's but she's been known to wheeze sometimes up in my apartment, too.

Anyone have a wheezer? Why does she do it?

Possibly she has an allergy to something at Cowgirl's. Does she have cats or dogs, more dust from the road, does she smoke? All of these things can cause a bunny to wheeze. Is her bedding different there? Also does she seem more stressed? All things to consider.

Lots of road dust (out in the country), and she smokes. However, she does it sometimes here, too...which is why I'm not sure of an allergy. I wonder if it has something to do with being held lying down in that way?
