Any supplements your vet has either recommended, or you have used, preferably natural ones.
My rabbit, Smitten, currently gets the oxbow joint support and will soon be receiving a few Burgess mature rabbit pellets.

Do you mean to prevent it or because he has arthritis already? If he does, generally managing the pain is the main thing (with Metacam) and anti inflammatories can be given too. I also know people who got their rabbits treated for arthritis with acupuncture. It really depends on the situation - how old the rabbit is, the stage of the arthritis...

I would talk to your vet before starting anything or changing much. Flax seed can help (but often causes GI upset, so you have to be careful). But I agree with Aki, metacam is the only way to treat it once it's there. Acupuncture and cold wave/ class 4 laser help a LOT as well, but are pricey and take a long time to work ( would do it for my rabbits if they were arthritic, I think it's awesome!!).
