I love having my own 'scent' that I wear every day. I've been wearing Gucci II since I got given it when I was 15. Shame is so damn expensive! I have to make a bottle last long enough to get it for Christmas or wait until I can get it in duty free on holiday! Or maybe I should get me a boyfriend to appreciate it and buy it for me :ponder:

So what do you wear? Or if you don't wear one all the time what do you like?

My absolute fave perfume was NIna Ricci's de ce de la but you can't get it anymore though bruce got me a big bottle from ebay :)

So usually I use Thierry Mugglers Angel its beautiful and smells just like the hotel we stayed in on our honeymoon :D( that was a vanilla fragrance but not like we get over here!)

also liek davidoff's cool water woman its nice and fresh for during the day

I've been wearing Clinique's Happy for about 10 years now. I've tried other things, but there's nothing that I like better. I'm like you, I like having my own signature scent.

I wear Ralph Lauren Romance. I've liked it for a long time and they discontinued my previous scent (Clinique Happy To Be), so I finally switched. I do like to have my own scent--makes me feel more grown up! I figured a 23-yr-old woman needs her own scent!

I don't buy perfumes really, and don't wear scents all that often...just haven't found one that I really love. However, I am actually wearing one today; a solid perfume called 'Silky Underwear' by Lush.

LOL...gotta go, Yofi's WHUMPING like crazy on the wooden floor...

i haven't worn purfume in a while, cause i didn't want to hurt the bunners delicate noses. my mom wears a lot though..and so far no harm done, lol. my mom wears Amazing Gace by philosiphy, its like her singatue.

i like Escada. i like this one scent but they stopped making it like twoyearsago, i can't seem to find it. its called ibiza hippie.I got a big bottle last year when i found it meracously, and i still have like half of it!i also use escada magnetism

I really like Tahitian Holiday that I got from Avon. It smells like summer, but now that it is fall, I need to find the perfect fall/winter scent.

:)

They discontinued my work scent. I wear Night Blooming Jasmine from Bath and Body Works. I have very little left. :( I guess I should start looking around for a new work scent.

My weekend or going out scent is Ralph by Ralph Lauren. A friend of mine would always comment on how much he loved how I smelled. He would come up behind me and sniff my hair. :) Now that he has passed away I just can't part with it.

They all sound lovely! My Auntie worked for Clinque so we have a couple of tester bottles of Happy, and Clinique Heart is nice too.

According to the Gucci website I smell like blackcurrants, jasmine and sandalwood.... :?

Oooh, I loooove perfume!

I have 3 signature scents- the first is Stella, by Stella McCartney. I really like rose sort of scents. The second is Valentino Rock and Rose. The third is Amarni Code- which I'm currently using! Basically, I buy one of the 3 and use that until it's gone, but if I have any spare money or see one on offer in the meantime, I'll have 2 going and just alternate depending on my mood...

I also really like Delicious Red by DKNY but it's not as nice to me as the others...

For some reason, I'm ALWAYS getting compliments on my perfume. My friends will ask me what I'm wearing pretty much every time I see me, and I even get asked by shop assistants lol!

One thing I do need to do is start looking online for cheaper places. I usually just buy it in Boots when I remember that I need it, but I'm sure I can get it cheaper elsewhere...

Speaking of perfumes, it's funny how some of them just don't react well with our own body chemistry. A few years ago I was in NC with some co-workers and we were shopping around; I ran across a display of Crabtree and Evelyn perfumes. I tried a sample and decided to get it; thought it was a night light fragrance.

However, that evening one of the co-workers and myself decided to go and check out one of the local bars, and I put on a bit of the perfume I'd bought before leaving. As we were driving to the bar I said, "Do you smell something weird?" to Angie. She looked at me and responded, "Well, now that you mention it...yeah. Sort of a chemical smell". Turned out it was my perfume; after wearing it for 10 minutes or so it began to smell like insecticide. I was mortified because it reeked so badly! As soon as we got to the bar I had to go to the washroom and wash it all off, lest the patrons there would think I was an exterminator or something. :p

Oh, and I've never worn anything Crabtree and Evelyn since. It just doesn't like me.
