I've been looking around, and I haven't found any threads about general music you all are interested in.

What do you like? What are you listening to right now?

Currently, I've just discovered a cool band, called, Boards of Canada, and their album, Campfire Headphase, is on repeat in my mind.

How do your bunnies react to the music you play?

I like everything. Just depends on my mood. 70's, 80's, 90's. Todays music. I don't have a favorite band right now. I also like country music. Metallica. Lol. I like lots of music.....April

I like Country, Rock, Hip-Hop, Rap, Pop...pretty much everything except classical and the heavy metal & screamo stuff. lol.

My fave bands are: Jonas Brothers, Nickelback, Gloriana, Rascal Flatts, Honor Society, All-American Rejects.... the list could keep going lol.

I like a mix of stuff, I like dance, hip-hop, rap, RnB, some pop and some traditional. I don't particularly like todays pop though, I like lates 70's and 80's pop.

Some of my favourites are Eminem, Missy Elliot, Dj Cammy, Tiesto, Basshunter, Britney Spears, Beyonce, Michael Jackson, I hardly know the names of the artists of 70's and 80's pop, I just sing along when I hear them.

Trad music my favourites are The Pogues, The Irish Rovers, The Kilfenora Ceali Band.

Dave has been trying to get me into metal. Wish him luck. I'm a pop and indie kind of girl. Most of the music I listen to is crap. Except Modest Mouse and Ugly Casanova. Oh, and Elvis. :hearts

And I always listen to music with headphones on so I don't disturb Bayou...

I am not one to put music on in the house, my husband is....but he will put on some metal and I always have to tell him to turn it down because the bunnies and rats gave sensitive ears to loud noises :rollseyes.

I used to leave a classical music station on or the tv playing when I was away from my house, because for some odd reason I had it my mind it might be a calming influence for my bunnies. I don't do that anymore. I'm not sure if they appreciated it or not. They probably prefer silence. :p

I love Sigur Ros!! Along the same lines, Explosions in the Sky is great.

I just discovered Ulrich Schnaaus. Good stuff if you're into ambient, downtempo music. Check out Far away trains, passing by...

Sigur always makes me fall asleep :twitch:. It is definitely the perfect sleep music, although their new album is a bit more upbeat.

Most of my pets (the Guinea Pigs, Dunkin and ratties) are in my room and I love to listen to music. I never have it blaring though and they get plenty of hours of quiet time besides at night.

Right now I'm listening to a country station on the Radio, but I like all kinds of genres. Classical, Rock, Metal, Alternative, Country and Pop.

i only listen to it when i need to count to 10, and chill down my anger.
and sleep.lol:p

Great thread! Hasn't been one like it since maybe MJ. LOL, anyway. I like Eminem, Dr, Dre, Daughtery, Matchbox Twenty, Shania Twain, and let's see... also love Scorpions and all that era. Old school though, alot:). I also like alot of the artists these days, but not as much as I did when MJ was on the charts. The world and I will feel a bit lonely without him now, that's for sure.

A dear friend of mine got me loving Bruce Dickinson, you UKers will know him. Love him solo! OMG! Maiden is great, but him solo is the bomb!!:D

I must say my tastes have gradually moved into the down-tempo/ambient sort of style of Zero 7/Air, etc. the past few years. I'm older, and I need the chill-out music. I do wonder how music affects those big ears on rabbits.

i listen to alot of different stuff, i like some country music, i love the music from the Phantom of the Opera, i love old school stuff like Bush, Nine Inch Nails,Godsmack and Marily Manson, also i like Linkin Park and your current hits.

i dont listen to the radio alot usually when i am in the car, which isnt too much lately, lol.
