What kind of stuffed toy can I give a rabbit - even one that's a chewer?

What kind of stuffed toy do you give your bunny? Can a stuffed toy be given to a chewer? I wanted to give them an artificial friend.

Do most bunnies who have a stuffed friend like them or do they ignore them? My bunnies don't play with toys

If your bunny is a chewer, I definitely recommend apple branches or cardboard boxes instead of a stuffed toy. ;) If he rips it up and ingests the materials, it could be very dangerous.

I've only ever had one rabbit who had a stuffed friend, and he was legally blind. He loved the little stuffed guy, and it went with him when we had to rehome him as well. He never chewed on it though.

Becky has a bunny sized dino and a small monkey that are both just kids's toys, but she doesn't chew on inapropriate things, not sure how she tells. If I take her monkey and put it in the play-pen she carries it back into her bed to snuggle while she sleeps, too cute. She rubs her chin on the dino and likes to lay next to it. She also tends to play with her other toys (cat balls with bells get tossed, baby keys get tossed, paper towel rolls and twigs get chewed). She also likes to play peek-a-boo with her blankies or soccar with a beach ball and the cat.

I agree with Emily.

But, I give my bunnies, Apple Branches, Toilet Paper Rolls, Pinecones, Baby, Dog, Cat, Bird toys, Alfalfa cubes (helps with their teeth),.

In my experience, some bunnies can have stuffed toys and some can't, LOL. I don't usually give the chewers stuffed stuff (ha ha) partly because of the danger of them ingesting the stuffing...and partly because I don't want to clean up the huge mess I know they are going to make with it! :p
