So I just noticed this today when I picked my rabbit, Luna, up. It's like, a lump on her side, and I'm not sure if it's her teats or not. And if they are her teats, they look very swollen.
Here are some pictures.

that looks like a teat to me. . .Try to find more and if they are of similar size and shape then I'd say normal. If you cant find the others as easily then its abnormal.

I found another, but it's much smaller, and it's on the other side.

Scratch that, I found a lot more, maybe 4 or 5 of them. However, they are all much smaller than the one in the pictures.

If it doesn't look infected, sore, red or inflamed, I would just watch it to see if it goes back down to normal size. You don't think she could be pregnant do you?

Yeah, it's normal color, and it went down from yesterday. She can't be pregnant because she hasn't been around another rabbit since she was 8 weeks old.

To anyone who wanted to know, it's completely normal now :].
