Looks like a Holland Lop/small Mini Lop, chestnut agouti with a shaded gene, I think thats possible, interesting expression of color genes. There's so many more colors in Mini's/Hollands than there is in my breeds, someone esle might have a better idea.

To me he looks like a Holland Lop and Mini rex cross. I think I have heard them called plush lops

Siamese Sable Holland Lop. I'm 100% possitive on the color and i expect Holland for his size and the fact he has a full crown. He might be mixbred acouple generations back but he looks at least mostly Holland. That long nose is normal in pet bred Holland Lops or at least here it is.

definetly siamese sable in color

Hey guys does siamese sables in Hollands look that ticked? I'm used to them looking like solids with shaded points, like my sable, which is a siamese sable technically. I'm curious, as I've been studying Mini Lop colors lately, my son likes them. There's just so many colors in Holland/Mini Lops. Cute bunny.

Colors can vary in look. I haven't looked at a siamese sable close up as adults(I have had 2born though. I didn't keep them past their junior color which is much darker). I still believe he is a Siamese Sable xD

here is my guess:

holland lop, mini lop mix

color, siamese sable, possibly siamese sabled that is steeled.

no agouti in there, you can tell because there isn't eye circles or a different color in the ear.

i only say the possiblity of steeled, because well, the fur looks ticked almost to me, although i don't have my glasses on so that is almost useless!

i would lean twards holland lop siamese sable

Hmm...that fur does make me wonder..how long have you had this lil one? Do you have any idea how old? Each set of pictures shows such different shading!

Here is a picture of a doe of mine, Luna when I got her, she's not quite as dark as yours, but I thought she was siamese, turns out she's a very dark sable point. (and she throws me more gorgeous sable points to boot!) Sometimes when she molts she gets some lighter patches...I'll be curious to see what this guy does.

The shaded colors sometimes have a "faux" ticking on the coat that people sometimes mistake for steel.

Silver ticked Siamese Sable steel would have ticking, but the rabbit pictured is a Siamese Sable.

We have had him less than a week. Read here. CorkysMom wrote:
