What is Himalayan? Color or breed?

Is"Himalayan" a color of rabbit or a breed of rabbit?

Peaches - from my avatar - is all white with dark grey ears, nose, tail, front & back paws. I thought a himalayan was what described this color.

If himalayan is a breed, what color would you say the above is?

Himalayan is both a color and a breed.

Himalayan marked rabbits may also be known as Californian (also a breed), or Pointed White depending on breed.

In Lionheads, the proper term is "pointed white".
