Yes, its when they jump up in the air and their heads go one way and their butts go another. They sort of twist in the air.
A popcorn is when they pop up in the air in a single pop.
And a bunny 500 is a super fast lap around their own little racetrack that they've created.

Yes, rabbits binky when they are happy. It's usually a hop into the air during which they'll flick their head or kick their feet out.
