Meet penelopy

IMG_0169.jpg

Lately penelopy will come up to my feet/hands and bump/tap them two times and then continue about her business. What does this mean? If anything at all? Is it different than when she just sniffs and goes about her business?

thanks =)

what a gorgeous bun!

i have no idea what she's saying to you but most of the time when my rabs bump me with their head they want a pat or want me to move, haha

yep WHAT mAxysmummy said
either ur ignoring her and she wants some attention...or ur blocking her path...its called nose bonks...my buns norm do it when im cleaning their cage and they come up behind me and nose bonk my butt...silly bunnies.

Mine do it if I'm in their way or sometimes just to say hi when they're hopping past. They could go around my feet, but they make a point to bump me and let me know they're there. Neither of mine ever want pets when they do this, but I know of bunnies who do.

Yup that usually means "pet me" or "get out of my way". With Muppet - If I'm in her way and ignore the first bump, I get bit. So she has trained me to respond quickly.
