My brother was married in March. They are having the reception on Saturday (today) and I don't know what to wear.

It won't be big, close family who decides to come, and just a few friends.

It'll be indoors at 1:00pm. I can't wait! Unfortunantly I don't have a lot of nice clothes, and those that I do don't fit me well. I constantly battle weight.

I'm not sure if nice jeans and a good shirt will work, or if I should go buy a nicer outfit.

I won't be the center of attention, nor do I see photos having a lot to do with me so I dont know if I'd be under dressed if I don't dress up a lot.

The plan is to eat, visit and watch the wedding videos...

When in doubt, go halfway. I'd go semi-casual. Probably some blank pants and a nice top, but not overly dressed. Either way, you should be comfy. I'veonly been to one or two myself and that's pretty much how I dressed. Depends on the host though really. :)

If you wear jeans make sure they are dark jeans. And then just a nice shirt and I think that would be a good inbetween since you aren't sure what the deal is :p

I did wear dark jeans and a nice Harley Davidson shirt, and black boots.

Very appropriate for our family. There was a Childrens Advocacy bike show in the area and most of the family was either in or stopped by it so the attire was fitting.
