It's 3 days old now and it looks black to me, but i don't have an experienced or trained eye when it comes to colours so i was wondering what you opinions are as to what it could be?

A little info on the parents (pics included). Mum is a sooty fawn mini lop and dad is an agouti chestnut english angora.

Is it possible that it could be black?

Mom actually looks like a black tort.

The baby is most certainly not black. A black baby does not have white on the inside of the ears or a white belly. My guess is a chestnut agouti since the dad is one also. Chestnut color won't be seen until hair starts growing

Tort is called sooty fawn overseas. ;)

I agree that the baby looks chestnut. :)

Haha, i guess i should finish editing my info. lol

I just checked in on them to make sure they're all still alive and noticed that white has appeared around its eyes. Does this mean its an otter, chestnut otter?

It could be an otter, but only if the chestnut carries it. Tort can't carry otter. The photos aren't really clear enough to tell with 100% certainty, but chestnut agouti would be the most likely possibility.
