what color is She?

WHen I sold this baby a year ago, she was a chocolate. She jsut came back to visit a buck and if that doesn't help settle her down she'll be coming back to me completely.

I know the picture quality isn't the greatest and she's a little long in shoulder, hence why she came to my buck who's very compact and very nice.

She still cocolate or would you call her seal? THe ligher points are form sunburned fur.

Looks like our Bambi--very dark brown, almost looks black in some pics, but in bright light she's a chocolate.

Her coat may be going through a strangephase. If I hadn't known she was a chocolate before, I would've said she was a seal or even a sunburned black, lol.

I personally have no idea why her coat would change to such a deep color like it has now, but I have known another breeder who had a choclate who did the same exact thing. I'm contemplating whether it may be a sun exposure thing?

Well I'm uploading soem more pictures of her, but yes, she's very dark. Didn't help it was rather dark in the barn when I took the pictures.

In with my Opal buck. Mocha's father has blue, blue himi and a tiny bit of chocolate at the farthest point of the buck. The doe has Tri and a little castor back behind her.

She rather looks Seal to me now, but there's no Seal at ALL behind her.

OKay daddy, Eddy is a blue, mommy Popcorn is a tri-chocolate gold white

Eddy is the product of a blue himi [black himi(Black Himi x black himi)x black himi(black x blue himi)]

Popcorn is the product of a blanket tri [broken chocolate (Tri x black) x harliquin (Red x broken black)] X Spotted Tri (Castor x tri) and we have nothing farther back on her they never had ped for us
