What color is my mini rex?

This little boy is about 10 weeks old. I am not sure what color he is. I'm honestly at a loss and new to rabbit breeding. He came with no pedigree from a feed store that buys from a reputable breeder. His spots are very light but defiantly noticeable. His spots look blue in one light, then brown in another. Any idea to what this little guy may be?

That's what I was leaning towards. Just wanted some people's input on him to help confirm it.

Broken blue tort and probably wouldn't breed him if you got him from a feed store. There are a lot of people who breed mini rex and a true difference in quality of mini rex rabbits in Texas. The good quality mini rex are not found in a feed store
