What color is my mini rex buck?

I bought this sweet little guy about a week ago. I'm not really sure what color he is. She said he was chocolate, which obviously he is not ~just~ chocolate. Anyway, tell me what you think. If you need a different angle of photo let me know and I can make that happen

His official color is Black Tortoiseshell. For short most people say black tort or just tort
