This is our 18 mos old male Lionhead. When brought to the rescue the family said he was a purebred Lionhead, but someone at the rescue said that he would have more of a mane if he was. I've seen plenty with the tufts of hair on top of the head and around the neck... Anyway, I was wondering what his color is called. I call him fawn and he has about 3 grayish horizontal markings/stripes down his back and a little of the gray mixed in his fur.
Thanks!

Almost looks like either a blue tortoiseshell or a orange. Do you have better pics? Also, not all lionheads have maines. There are 3 different types of maines pure bred lionheads can have, all the way down to no maine, if im not mistaken :) Cute bunny!!

there will be more people to help and Im sure somone can tell you exactly what kind of harlequin she is, I just can figure it out.. blue? no orange? no.. idk! lol

Appears to be a blue Japanese Harlequin (Japanese have orange as a base color - magpies have white as a base color).

I agree with blue harlequin!

I also wanted to mention that even purebred Lionheads may not have a mane. They do not have the most consistent type in the world quite yet (they're a newer breed), so it's difficult to say without a pedigree in hand.
