what breed is this rabbit?

We found this rabbit in my town (elbow lake, MN), can anyone tell me the breed & color? We don't know who the rabbit belongs to so we are currently looking for a home for him

I'm guessing he's a Flemish giant or a harlequin but im not sure!

Flemish giants don't come in that color, he looks like a harlequin mix. and his color is harlequin

To be more specific his color is Japanese (black and orange) harlequin.

I'd also say harlequin or harlequin mix
