Chris was out today and saw a rabbit running around some bushes near a parking lot. He said it took him quite a while to catch "Fluffy" I know real original.

I took a few pictures of him/her. Quite cute, he/she actually ate from my hand. Don't know what I'm going to do with him/her at the moment but for now it's safe in our basement (nice and cool). He said he couldn't leave him/her outside as it's so hot here, too hot if you ask me.

If anyone in Ontario wants a cute bunny let me know.

Does anyone have an idea what breed he/she is?

It is very fluffy, quite big, big ears with red eyes.

Chris said he/she has long nails an is quite dirty. To me it didn't look too dirty, quite matted though.

Thanks for your help.

Susan:)

Oh my goodness, so cute :)
How far away is Ajax from London Ontario?
If it isn't far we would be able to take him/her :)
To me he/she looks like a French Angora mix.
Please let me know though as I'm already in love

This is the best I could do, Their is no way I'm taking Fluffy out of the cage to run around, too much junk in the basement and then the batteries died on the camera.

That's not far. I have 6 already and going through a divorce. I wil keep him or her as long as I have to to find a good home for Fluffy.

Susan:)

I'm going to hold off right now on giving Fluffy awa y as I really think I need to post an ad in our local paper to see if someone lost him/her.

I will not post a description of her or him in the paper just in case their are some nut cases out their looking for a rabbit for unthinkable things.:(

Susan:)

I would say Angora based on the face and size of the ears. He also looks too big to be a jersey wooly. French Angora maybe. Not a giant or english or Satin... :D Melinda

OH MY GOSH! What a gorgeous bunny! I'm happy Chris was able to catch her! and did!

I hope you find her owner or a new forever home. You never know if a bunny running loose is there from some person being stupid or by accident! My cousin said one of his mini-rex ran under my deck (which is quite large) and they couldn't catch her. We're still watching and worrying....

Fluffy is a very lucky girl.... she has you to care for her now.

Oh, what a sweet rabbit. And what a lucky one, too. I heard how hot it is over your way at the moment!

I'm no expert, but I did think it looks to have some Angora in there - very lovely looking! And what is it with you and white rabbits, lol!

I know the timing is really bad for you at the minute, but I'm pleased that Fluffy found his/her way to you. Looks like he/she may have been well looked after too, so maybe (hopefully) there is an owner looking for their bunny out there :expressionless

Good luck ( and it is SO GOOD to see you here )
